We ship worldwide via Deutsche Post AG and DHL. You will find the exact shipping costs in the "Summary" before completing your order.

We ship out once a week, on mondays.
Depending on where you live it may take up to a week, or in rare cases even longer for the package to get to you. Thanks for your patience in advance!

If you wish to track your package let us know in advance so we can provide you with the trackingcode.

Return Policy

According to the Distance Selling Act(pursuant to Appendix 1 as referred to in Article 246a section 1 (2) sentence 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), the customer (consumer) who acts for private purposes has the right to withdraw from the contract with YENGA.

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days 'cooling off period' on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.

The items you wish to return should be unsealed and/or unworn. A product is considered to be unsealed if the protective film of the media bears a notice that the opening of this film is to be regarded as such an unsealing.
A garment which has been fitted is obviously not being considered as a worn garment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement via e-mail. The withdrawal statement shall be sent to:

If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
